Scale Rate Increases: Teamsters Local 399 & USA 829

On July 1, the AICP-Teamsters Local 399 Television Commercial Agreement (“TCA”) entered the final year of the current three-year contract term. Accordingly, a 4% scale rate increase went into effect on June 30 for employees working under the TCA. Click here to view the 2025-2026 scale rate sheet for Teamsters Local 399.

On August 1, the AICP-United Scenic Artists, Local 829 (“USA 829”) TV Commercial Production Agreement will enter year three of a three-and-a-half-year contract term.
