On June 4, 2025, Lauren DeBellis Aviv and Aja Pardini, partners in the law firm DeBellis Aviv Pardini, LLP gave a presentation about immigration issues at AICP’s Base Camp at the Times Center in New York. Click Here to view the presentation.

On July 17, 2025, AICP held a virtual town hall where they reprised their presentation and provided additional updates and information regarding various immigration-related topics including temporary visas, I-94 forms, O-1 visas, political content on social media, and the legality of searches at the border.

Those in attendance were provided a link to a handout which contains helpful tips for individuals entering the U.S.  Click Here for the handout "Practical Steps to maintain compliance with U.S. Immigration regulations and policies."
