Wrap-Up Insurance Sample Form Letter to Agency
On February 14th, 2024 AICP held a town hall on the existence of an employee injury exclusion in some agency/advertiser wrap-up excess liability policies. During this town hall AICP members were advised to contact the wrap-up broker when awarded a job to ask if the wrap-up excess liability policy contains an employee injury exclusion. If the wrap-up excess liability policy contains this exclusion, you may want to send a letter to the wrap-up broker and the agency or advertiser explaining the necessity for removing this employee injury exclusion from their wrap-up excess liability policy.
